I dream every night. A lot of nightmares these days. They're so bad that when I wake up, I forget where I'm at.
ALthough I have this one dream all the time where I'm in a grocery store and every time I have this dream, I'm in a different aisle. Last night it was Chips ahoy. The Chocolate chunks bag too! Now I want cookies!

  I dream so regularly and so vividly that I feel like I have an alternate life.

  Yes, I drink extra water before bed, then I have to pee around 3-4 am, and THEN I can have lucid dreams. Not every night but it’s the most consistent way
