I hear my name or something being whispered to me. This normally happens when I am lying on bed. I hear that I am being whispered. Then I open my eyes right after it being scared. It also happened to me when I was on my feet. I heard my name being whispered to me. Scary.
I searched about this on internet. It seems like it is related to depression.

Is it YOUR voice? If so, there is a theory that it's bleedover from your alternate universe self, and that it occurs when otheryou is trying to get you to pay TF attention because you're about to F up the timeline or get killed.
I can't recognise a whispering voice.
Hmm... hard to say. The bleedover people usually report that it is clearly their name they hear spoken. What's the other stuff? You said your name "or something"... can you tell what the something is?
Is it in your native language if that is different than your most commonly spoken language?
Something is meaningless. Just whispering voice.
It is either my name or meaningless whispering.
it probably IS meaningful, just not at a volume/speed you can recognize, or in reverse. if you wake up after you hear it... repeat it into a recorder a couple times so you get variance on it as you remember it to be. play it faster, slower, backwards, see if that triggers anything
I am sure it is meaningless. It does not tell a thing but a whispering sound.
i'm quite sure it is NOT meaningless, but we have no way to test that, so... ya know...
have you noticed any similarities on when/what precipitates it? ALways on a Wednesday, always when you're tired, only when it's hot? that sort of thing
Do you experince whispering sound?
No, I haven't but it even happened when I was on my feet. My name was whispered then.
Normally, it happens when I am lying on bed.
i have a couple/few times, both when I was sleeping and needed to wake up because i was about to die... since the TBI never happened though. both times were some ist that i couldn't understand then my name, but my name was slow then sped up like someone was playing an old record and holding it back at first. sounded creepy. woke up, didn't get got
any particular bed or only the current one in your room? I mean is it only THAT piece of furniture in THAT location or sometimes a hotel bed or the couch or your buddies place or whatever
It happened in different cities when I was sleeping.
Do different beds
So different beds
Not actually sleeping but lying in bed. I was awake.
Not sleeping since I was awake.
Well that's good. That's information. Then it's not some temporal anomaly anchored to that particular location. "Harmless" or not, I don't like sleeping in temporal distortions. F that noise. Looks more like a focused bleed over then. Like I was saying when I was woken up.
Yesterday, I had terrible sleep paralysis. I hallucinated terribly. It was super scary.
Do you have sleep paralysis?
No, I don't think so. I sleep pretty light. 5 hours a night usually, if that. I always wake up in the same position and the women i've slept with say I don't move at night. There have been a handful of times where I was REALLY out but I don't know if those times overlap with the dangerous times or not.
Sleep paralysis can occur both before and after falling in sleep when lying.
When lying on bed
It is either before sleep or after sleep.
I am awake when it is happining lying in bed
But my body is I'm paralyzed as if I were sleeping even though I am awake. That is how it happens.
Do you experience lost time or find yourself in a different place than you remember being?
Since during sleep paralysis, I am awake, I am where I am but can't move and most of the time I can't also open my eyes.
The last time I haf paralysis, I could see but can't move my body. I was looking at one direction and I saw things that dont exist.
The last time I have sleep paralysis, I could see but can't move my body. I was looking at one direction and I saw things that dont exist.
I meant at any time OUTSIDE of the sleep paralysis, like, zone out while driving and end up in another town.
Experience an excessive amount of deja vu?
Any sensory anomalies like smelling wet hay or fresh baked bread when none is present?
"Had"
I am not talking about dreams but visual halusicination that was caused by sleep paralysis.
Saw things that DON'T exist or saw things that CAN'T exist? OR saw things that don't exist ANYMORE?
For example:
Don't - You saw yourself and family gathered around the Christmas tree and that's not your family or you don't have one
Don't anymore - You saw yourself having breakfast with you dad, who died 20 years ago
can't exist - You saw a piece of fruit levitating in a soft blue light then turned into a dove and flew away
You still talk about dreams. . I can't see myself somewhere else because it is not dream. Instead, it is hallucination. I am on bed where I am, at the same position. I just see things that dont exist in my own room, like demons and ghosts.
This is about sleep paralysis

Oh my ex had that. Yeah that sucks brother I'm sorry to hear that. Sleep paralysis and the "dreams" that come with it are horrible to live through.
But it is not dream but halusicination.
Well right, but little difference when you're in one of those "in between" states. A dream is our brain tricking us into thinking something is occurring that isn't. That's pretty much the same thing as a hallucination, no? In sleep paralysis you're neither awake nor asleep, but somewhere in between the two.
Dream is so different. Hallucination is experiencing things as if they were real, unlike dreams.
You hallucinate with your eyes open while you could not move your body.
In dream, you are in deep sleep while in sleep paralysis you are half awake.
hallucinating a demon is far more scarier than dreaming a demon since visuality is nothing like a dream but as if it were just real
You are conscious in sleep paralysis.
So you remember it as it were just real, unlike dreams.
Sleep paralysis is far more scarier than seeing a bad dream.
Dream feels like so fake visuality after waking up.
After waking up from dream, I don't think it were just like real. Remembering it as it were just so different.
Your eyes are open in hallucination while your eyes are eyes closed being in deep sleep while you are dreaming.
People with night terrors would disagree as to which is more frightening. Just depends on how YOUR brain is tricking YOU.
With your eyes open, you visuallu hallucinate in sleep paralysis and you are conscious.
"visually"
Yes but all sight IS is the reflection of photons of various wavelengths, unabsorbed by the reflecting media, entering our eyes, striking the rods and cones and then sending an electrical signal along the optic nerve for the brain to interpret. That's why we'll never know if you see red the same way I do. We can see the same wavelengths but it be interpreted differently. The interpretation of that image vs the manufacturing of an image non-representative of how we perceive "reality" has a similar pitfall. You are hallucinating during sleep paralysis because your brain is misfiring and believes there to be something there. People born without eyes cannot have them, as hallucinations cannot be "seen" by someone who lacks the ability to have ever seen to begin with. It is all just a construct of the mind, like phantom limb syndrome (or the treatment of it in the mirror box). My ex ended up taking a drug or too that helped reduce her significantly, though I don't know the name of it. May be worth talking to a... i get these confused. Psychologist/psychiatrist... whichever can prescribe meds. tell him you're having night terrors. He ran some tests on her, gave her the prescription, she was much better. Not "cured" but much better.
If it IS bleedthrough from a parallel world though you'd still be f'ed.
What do you think about the sleep paralysis I had yesterday? ↗
It could be due to depression, anxiety - a few things. I would go see a doctor.

This hasn't happened to me before, thank god.
