To stop time at will however long I want. Like stop time, people stop moving mid motion, birds stay in the same place in the sky etc - everything stopping, including surveillance cameras and such things. Everything except me and the people I hold on to in a special way when I stop the time. And of course I don’t age (nobody else either) while time is stopped. When I turn time back on again everything continues on as nothing ever happened - people finish their movements, birds fly on, video recordings resume with no time jump etc.
