Move on. I had a woman who used me. And it killed her that I got passed it. No it wasn't easy but there was little doubt in my mind she did me dirty because of her history with other men. If I had paid attention closer I would have saw this about her ahead of time and avoided her. But I didn't cause we all do that when feelings are involved. But the point is she never cared about me. And when I finally cut her off she spent the next two years trying to get me to chase her. There's little doubt in my mind she took this harder than me. But not because she loved or even cared about me. But it was such a blow to her ego.

I guess what I'm saying is healthy people don't exploit and use people just make themselves feel better. The best thing you can do is learn to be a complete person on your own and realize if a person used you and then dropped you flat that they actually did you a favor. Because now thier toxic ass is someone else's problem. Rise above it and go on to bigger and better things.

I kinda relate to your story the difference is that he used me and out of nowhere he had a girlfriend. I felt useless and really dirty of myself for letting him play me like that. His girlfriend even hates me cause of some text messages she found that was like way before she dated him. She even made him block me and to be honest I felt good cause I can peacefully say I can stop stalking his profile. So sorry to hear that from you, we really deserve better. ✨

I think you should do everything you can to make him jealous as hell of you. If you start dating a new guy, make sure he knows you're dating him and that you're incredibly happy with your new boyfriend.
