Why are my dreams getting so intense? Why do I have recurring dreams. I still get the hazy dream I used to when I was 3?

I had a very long dream with a very intense plot today.

I dreamed up a whole frozen 2 movie was different than the original *before* the movie even came out. I've had the same dream at leave thrice.

The dream i used to get when i was 3 scared the shit out me and it ended blurry when the main thing happened. I've gotten that one at least 4 times in the last 2 months.

I have a lot of recurring dreams

I have sweet things occasionally, not regularly. And i always check my bp once a day, its always fine
