I used to get sleep paralysis. It's no fun, but I never felt spiritual stuff around me when it happened. I have had other spiritual stuff happen to me in my life though. So I believe it certainly could be a spiritually oppressive demonic force causing you to go into a sleep paralysis state.
If you're a Christian, you have the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ pumping through you, and His power in you is not dependent on how good or bad you are. You have His authority, period.
However, oppressive spirits will use the sins you've committed and the lies you believe to try to get a foothold in your life. If you know there are major sins you've committed, activities in pagan traditions, witchcraft, satanism, tarot, Ouija, major sexual sin, etc, that you ever engaged in, you should go to God in prayer.
I recommend an "out loud" prayer, actual speech, and tell God that you regret engaging in those specific activities, you regret believing that they could help you, you regret believing you needed anything other than God, and that you no longer wish to be associated with those things. You know they were wrong, you no longer believe in them, and you no longer accept that stuff in your life. Then, thank God for His forgiveness of your sins through the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus.
Side note: As a Christian and child of God, you've already been forgiven. As such, you don't need to be forgiven again. But recognize your sins, that you don't want to do them anymore, accept that the Lord already died for those sins, thank Him for it, and do your best to move forward.
Then say something (speak it, you don't need to yell it, just have authority in your voice, because this is your life) out loud like "Any spirits that used those things to get a foothold in my life, I no longer approve of your presence. You have no authority over me. I am a child of God. You are not welcome here anymore. Through the authority of Jesus Christ, I cast you out of my life. Do not return. I say this in the name of, and by the power of, the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen."
If you're interested in speaking more personally, let me know. And I'll message you privately. I have some book recommendations if you need additional insight or help. Otherwise, I'm going to remain Anon on this post. Good luck!

Stuff like that used to happen at my old place. I remember looking down at myself sleeping while an old shook me and pulled at me.
A few times I woke up to find a woman in a white night dress with black eyes silently riding my dick and I couldn't move or speak. She was just expressionless looking at me. I came hard 3 times one night and woke up to find myself soaked in my own cum and something else.
I used to wake up sometimes on my back outside my bed, sometimes in weird places with carpet burns on my back and butt.
Another time I had this dream that I was fighting for my life against something in my bedroom and I couldn't get out of the room, when I awoke I had a knife in my hand and my bedroom door was locked from the outside, I had to bust my door open. I was worried in case I'd stabbed someone or there was a burglar but it was just me at home and all the doors and windows were locked from the inside.
I used to see shadow figures all around the house, often just looking at me. All stopped when I moved.

Do you watch a horror movies often? Or do you play games of such genre?
Or if you used to as a kid?
That's usually when you get dreams like that.
Our brain is funny. Makes us feel the things we haven't even seen or felt irl.
Listen to some positive affirmations before you go to bed. Or fall asleep to it while it plays in background.
Watch stuff that's funny and positive rather than the opposite.
Avoid heavy meals in night. Eat something light and healthy.

https://youtu. be/KW675ZFyIwI? si=l9rKUTa6p9mdzewfYes I have my nightmares as well. They are also recurring in nature.
One of my nightmares is regarding the rising sea levels. In my dream I go to sleep at night and the world around me is just normal, just like any other day. The next day I wake up from the 20th floor of my flat to see that the sea levels have risen by 70 meters and the entire world's coastlines are affected by it. I see down to find that everything below the 10th floor my building is under to sea, as far as my eyes everything was under water except very tall buildings and I stand there completely stunned, knowing that I am doomed to die soon.
Then the nightmare abruptly ends and I wake up in reality and find that everything is normal. This is a recurring nightmare.
Try to go to bed with positive thoughts don’t eat before you go to bed
maybe because they wake you up, and you wake up right after having them, so they stick in your memory, whereas dreams that don't wake you fade away before you awaken
I get the same thing. I never get the sex dreams. Usually dogs are chasing me.
Feeling weird pains in your genitals seem odd, unless the nightmares cause you to do something down there.
