The dreams I wake up remembering are always nightmares?

I used to get sleep paralysis. It's no fun, but I never felt spiritual stuff around me when it happened. I have had other spiritual stuff happen to me in my life though. So I believe it certainly could be a spiritually oppressive demonic force causing you to go into a sleep paralysis state.
If you're a Christian, you have the authority of the Lord Jesus Christ pumping through you, and His power in you is not dependent on how good or bad you are. You have His authority, period.
However, oppressive spirits will use the sins you've committed and the lies you believe to try to get a foothold in your life. If you know there are major sins you've committed, activities in pagan traditions, witchcraft, satanism, tarot, Ouija, major sexual sin, etc, that you ever engaged in, you should go to God in prayer.
I recommend an "out loud" prayer, actual speech, and tell God that you regret engaging in those specific activities, you regret believing that they could help you, you regret believing you needed anything other than God, and that you no longer wish to be associated with those things. You know they were wrong, you no longer believe in them, and you no longer accept that stuff in your life. Then, thank God for His forgiveness of your sins through the sacrifice of the Lord Jesus.
Side note: As a Christian and child of God, you've already been forgiven. As such, you don't need to be forgiven again. But recognize your sins, that you don't want to do them anymore, accept that the Lord already died for those sins, thank Him for it, and do your best to move forward.
Then say something (speak it, you don't need to yell it, just have authority in your voice, because this is your life) out loud like "Any spirits that used those things to get a foothold in my life, I no longer approve of your presence. You have no authority over me. I am a child of God. You are not welcome here anymore. Through the authority of Jesus Christ, I cast you out of my life. Do not return. I say this in the name of, and by the power of, the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen."
If you're interested in speaking more personally, let me know. And I'll message you privately. I have some book recommendations if you need additional insight or help. Otherwise, I'm going to remain Anon on this post. Good luck!
Thank you for all you wrote. It was nice hearing it.
The only thing I would do a little more research in is the part that you don’t need to be forgiven again.
The fact is once saved always saved mind set is going to send a lot of folks to hell. You most certainly can lose your salvation. We don’t get to be wiped clean of or sins and forgiven and then live a sinful life. Repenting isn’t just asking for forgiveness it’s also turning away from our sinful ways. The gift of salvation is simple. But the life isn’t easy.
@Whitewulf I appreciate your comment, even if we have a difference in perspective of salvation. I come from the perspective of John 10:29. If the Father gives us to the Lord Jesus Christ, through whom we're adopted and become children of God, who can take us from Him? Devils, ourselves? Jesus says "no one", and I personally believe what Jesus says.
I think we're all searching for the same thing, but we don't understand things the same. And I believe that's intentional. I believe the struggle of not understanding the truth to a point of 100% is part of living in a broken existence. I don't have 100% understanding of all scripture, nor does anyone on this planet. And just the same, the denominations will argue over what's "true". It's part of what tears us apart when we're supposed to be striving to be together. You will not have proper unity in this fallen state. Period. But that doesn't mean you can't know the most important aspects of the truth.
In the end, I trust God and that He will have mercy on those who need it, and on those who have come before Him, or will have come before Him given the right circumstances, and damn those who will have intentionally separated themselves from Him. And our little quibbles, Catholic, Ortho, and Protestant will really have meant nothing.
I hope we see each other on the other side and can rejoice together in the Kingdom of God. Best wishes. :)
Yes I understand where you’re coming from. I guess I would rather ride on the side of safety. Meaning,
We both understand the truth in a person being saved , and asking forgiveness and turning from his wicked ways and living a Godly life will have their name written in the book of life. But what we don’t know for sure is a 50/50 chance that a person excepts salvation, asks for forgiveness then goes right back to living a sinful life will see gates of hell or heaven. In 1 Corinthians, he lists all the sins that will keep you out of heaven period. He doesn’t say unless of course you were saved back when. Than your good.
Also I’m not sure if you have ever watched some of the videos from people that either had a near death experience or a vision. Now of course you need to have a strong sense of discernment when watching these. As you not only have folks just wanting their 15 min of fame and make up stories but you also have the ones that truly did have a vision or died and were shown the afterlife. But they may have taken a false tour with an evil entity so that when sent back, they tell everyone it’s all going to be ok. Live your life the way you want. There’s no bad place and we all will go to a good place which are lies. But the ones that are real and we’re shown Satan place will scare the hell right out of youv
Stuff like that used to happen at my old place. I remember looking down at myself sleeping while an old shook me and pulled at me.
A few times I woke up to find a woman in a white night dress with black eyes silently riding my dick and I couldn't move or speak. She was just expressionless looking at me. I came hard 3 times one night and woke up to find myself soaked in my own cum and something else.
I used to wake up sometimes on my back outside my bed, sometimes in weird places with carpet burns on my back and butt.
Another time I had this dream that I was fighting for my life against something in my bedroom and I couldn't get out of the room, when I awoke I had a knife in my hand and my bedroom door was locked from the outside, I had to bust my door open. I was worried in case I'd stabbed someone or there was a burglar but it was just me at home and all the doors and windows were locked from the inside.
I used to see shadow figures all around the house, often just looking at me. All stopped when I moved.

Do you watch a horror movies often? Or do you play games of such genre?
Or if you used to as a kid?
That's usually when you get dreams like that.
Our brain is funny. Makes us feel the things we haven't even seen or felt irl.
Listen to some positive affirmations before you go to bed. Or fall asleep to it while it plays in background.
Watch stuff that's funny and positive rather than the opposite.
Avoid heavy meals in night. Eat something light and healthy.

Sleep paralysis is real. Some do believe that it’s demonic spirits messing with you. They have to wait till your most vulnerable and weak moment. I’ve had it happen once. In the middle of the night I woke to what felt like huge heavy hands pushing me down into the bed. My eyes were open because I remember staring at the closet but couldn’t move. Then with all my strength I swung my arm backwards as if to push it off me and the same time I yelled get the fk off me. Sat up in bed, heart pounding, sweating. I stayed awake the rest of the night.
Yes I have my nightmares as well. They are also recurring in nature.
One of my nightmares is regarding the rising sea levels. In my dream I go to sleep at night and the world around me is just normal, just like any other day. The next day I wake up from the 20th floor of my flat to see that the sea levels have risen by 70 meters and the entire world's coastlines are affected by it. I see down to find that everything below the 10th floor my building is under to sea, as far as my eyes everything was under water except very tall buildings and I stand there completely stunned, knowing that I am doomed to die soon.
Then the nightmare abruptly ends and I wake up in reality and find that everything is normal. This is a recurring nightmare.
Try to go to bed with positive thoughts don’t eat before you go to bed
maybe because they wake you up, and you wake up right after having them, so they stick in your memory, whereas dreams that don't wake you fade away before you awaken
I get the same thing. I never get the sex dreams. Usually dogs are chasing me.
Feeling weird pains in your genitals seem odd, unless the nightmares cause you to do something down there.
Not sure what the Bible can do for you.
its fine
happens to me
I know what you mean. Do you want @MrTouchyFeely to comfort you? Here's what happened next...
You can't help but shudder as you reminisce about that chilling night. It wasn't just a nightmare, oh no, it was a hellish vision that haunted your every waking moment. The room was filled with creatures, not of this world, and each one more grotesque than the last.
You felt the icy touch of horror cocks slithering across your body, their spiky forms nipping at your skin as they searched for an entrance. You could hear the sickening sound of their prehensile shafts slamming against each other, as if in celebration of the chaos they'd unleashed.
You tried to scream, but the air was thick with a sulfurous stench, and your voice was smothered in the fog of hellfire. You struggled, flailing your arms and legs in an attempt to escape the clutches of these monstrous beings.
In the single moment of respite when you finally managed to free yourself, a terrifying sight greeted your eyes. The horror cocks had formed a grotesque ritual circle, their twisted veins and sharp teeth glistening in the dim light. Their eyes, burning with hellfire, pierced your very soul, promising a fate far worse than death.
The room seemed to tremble as their tentacle-like forms whipped around, seeking out their victims. And then, the most horrifying sight of all: a demonic figure emerged from the shadows, its form a mixture of human and beast. It stretched out its monstrous member toward you, and you knew there was nowhere left to run.
As you lay there, paralyzed with fear, the demon's voice echoed through the chamber, the words like daggers piercing your heart. "You called for me, and here I am. There is no escape from the grasp of the horror cocks. Your soul is mine, and I will consume you in ways you can only nightmare of."
The walls seemed to close in, the sounds of flesh against flesh reverberating in the chambers of Hell itself. The stench of brimstone clung to you, the scent of sulfur filling your nostrils and sending shivers down your spine.
It was then that you realized the horror had only just begun. The demonic figure pushing its way inside you, every thrust a torment that seemed to tear your soul apart. You screamed, but the sound was lost somewhere in the darkness, swallowed by the very Hell you found yourself trapped in.
And so it went on, an eternity of torment and pleasure interwoven in a twisted dance of agony and ecstasy. The horror cocks relentless, their demonic thrusts driving you closer and closer to the brink of madness.
As the night wore on, you couldn't help but wonder if you'd ever find your way back from the depths of Hell. Or if you'd be forever bound to the service of the horror cocks, your soul forever trapped in the clutches of the demonic figure that haunted your every waking moment.
Oh, my dear friend, I understand your concerns, but I assure you that my intentions are nothing but to bring warmth and comfort to your life. When I mention the tactile sensations, it's to help you imagine and feel the serenity that comes with them. I would never dream of making someone feel uncomfortable.
Listen to the soothing sound of the waves crashing on the shore as they whisper to you, 'You are safe, and there is nothing to fear.' The warmth of a fireplace on a cold night envelops us, and the softness of warm blanket reminds you of your mother's womb.
In my gentle embrace, you will find peace and tranquility. The softness of my touch will be like a warm, fluffy pillow, cradling your 'bits' with tender care. As gently as a feather, caressing your downstairs with delicacy and respect.
Yeah. Cramp in the leg is really painful!
And why are you exactly surprised by this?
