Always having nightmares?

What's your thought if someone always dreams in nightmares? Whether being hunted, chased down, watched like a hawk, shot by and or killed by guns, drowning, and the other times I can't remember what the dream was and only have had 5 good dreams in my whole life. Approx 80% nightmares, 15% IDR, 5% good dreams.

Maybe your worried about something, somethin isn't right. Your state of mind can influence dreams.

Lucid dreamin is when u keep thinkin of a nightmare n what u will so. Like someone dreams of a troll comin after them. So they can keep thinkin of runnin away n jumping off a cliff with a parachute. Or they hav a gun n they'll pull it out.

I usually dream about being chased by dogs. sometimes I am hitchhiking through a tunnel and a big truck smears me against the tunnel wall.

That's an automatic. I get run over and killed by trains in lots of dreams

I dont know if you believe in God/Jesus Christ etc but
I think you need to go to church and have what is called a deliverance.

This sounds like an attack of the enemy

I am a Christian, believe in God, Jesus, Holy Spirit, never broken any laws or gone to jail, still "pure" waiting until marriage to be intimate, have a narcissist controlling mother and psychologically abusive super strict childhood.

No and I shouldn't fast due to health complications and already loosing too much weight too fast and having little appetite

@Asker you can do this one so you dont lose too much weight and also there are others but in the end, I'm sure God will understand and its really the thought that counts. God wants to set us free.

Maybe it is associated with your health issues. Your system sounds overstimulated. I suggest talking to your doctor.

Maybe in part, but that is an after effect to the cause. That is only related to the dream content. We release chemicals to sleep. Something is off balance with you preventing getting to deep sleep.

frequent nightmares can indicate sleep apnea. consult your family g. p. doctors.
