Honestly? I don’t know. I always thought my best quality was looking confident. It has always helped me survive in life… But I never understood- why did I look that way.

In truth, when I am home alone, I am not confident at all, there are lots of things I hope to improve in myself. There are lots of mistakes I see in myself and I try to reflect in many ways.

I think my confidence is more of a coping mechanism that I needed to survive in a place I lived in, with the resources- I had.

If I didn’t act confident, I’d be bullied for my birthmarks on my face, I’d be bullied for lots of other things that I didn’t have. I’d not manage to succeed because I’d always think of myself as somehow less than others.

Instead I decided to be confident, I wasn’t even covering my birthmarks at school and when schoolmates asked me what it was I was saying, it’s something that makes me a one in a million girl.

Did I really think so? Nope.

I have often cried why did I have to have the birthmarks on my face?

But people don’t need to know it.

People will do and say horrible things to you, if you allow them to do it.

Being confident or acting as if you are - can be a perfect shield to defend your not so confident heart.

My love for writing. I took the Myers-Briggs test 4 times to see if the test is really solid, and it is, lol. I got the Healer every time. And it says writers are usually associated with the healer.

Writing is all I have in this life, so I'm happy at least I have that.
