How to forget or get over a crush?

He has a girlfriend and I want to move on but I just can’t he’s just in my mind everyday and this needs to stop.

Usually we wear "rose-colored" glasses when we admire someone, or moreso fall head over heels for someone. We do not even see their flaws, so maybe try and find reasons why you guys would have NOT been suitable for each other. Does he pick his nose? Rude to people? Think so highly of himself? Think of anything and really let it sink in.

Work on hobbies, spend more time with friends, focus on work or school, go to the gym etc. It is a lot better to spend time with good people to get over someone quickly, but also perhaps read a book or watch a movie, maybe there is a character from there who will temporarily replace your crush?

One day at a time. One hour at a time.

You do it deliberately. By focusing on the little things that make you smile. A fresh cup of coffee. Petting you car or dog. A song you like. New markers. Etc. Whatever the little things are that make you smile.

It will be hard. Very hard. But you slowly move forward. One step at a time.

The heart gets shattered but you move forward anyway.

And you won't forget. You move past. And there will be times when you'll remember him and it will suck and you just move on again.

Admit, why you want him.
Admit the real reason he is in your head.
If it is sexual, you should really forget him.
If it is emotional, sweet heart, you loved the moon and the sun and the stars. But they all came from the cloud. Have you met the Cloud?

If it is genuine, like you want what's best for him, it ought to be easy to let him enjoy whomever he wants to.

You are a God. You should not treat yourself anyless.

With time one day at a time just distract yourself with things u like and if u find yourself thinking about him you need to snap back and think of something else
