When I open my Dad's accordion case, I can still smell his aroma embedded in its leather straps.
Dad passed away 53 years ago, when I was 11. I loved him dearly.
His smell is still there in those accordion straps.
It's the most powerful stimuli that I've ever experienced, appreciated more and more as the years pass.
