My neighbors are inconsiderate?

Every morning and every night my neighbors blast music extremely loud to the point that my walls, windows, and floor shake. We live in a community and out of my 7 years living here, I have NEVER had an issue with any inconsiderate people next door. They recently moved in a couple months ago and recently blast music at 6 or 7 AM or their favorite time 10 PM all the way to 1 AM, while people are trying to sleep. I come from work extremely tired and the last thing I want to hear is their shitty music. I know the apartment number it’s coming from but I know if I confront them about it I’m going to be extremely rude so I hold myself back. Should I go to the office and make a complaint? Because truth be told I’m FED UP

Yes, the office is best to handle this. Get your phone and put it in video mode and record the sound, either from inside your apartment, or outside their door and bring it to the office and show them. They'll warn them once or twice and if they don't stop, they can be evicted. But it is best to either show them the proof if it's outside office hours.
