I’m probably a giver, since I feel good about myself when I see someone happy.

I recently had a conversation with my oldest friend, a guy I've known since birth.

Sometimes over the years we were not in agreement with each other over many issues. Still, we remained friends.

I hadn't seen him for many years until he showed up at my mother's recent funeral.

In our conversation, he seemed to be a different person, humbler than he had been in the past. He told me, with deep sincerity, that I am a giving person.

That really made me feel good.

I don't expect anything from anyone other than my parents. God has given me enough to help others, I am a giver. If I ever became a billionaire, I'll payback to my parents, I will help those who helped me, I'll help poor and needy people. It boosts my confidence levels when I help others.
