When you use a bar of soap, do you rinse the bar of soap before you put it down or leave it all soapy?

i always rinse off all the soapyness and i was wondering if im alone on this, i just can't leave it all soapy, i gotta leave it shiny and smooth before i put it down, i know its not all germy if its shiny so i can use it again so do you rinse it or leave it soapy? if you leave it soapy then how dare you 🙂

I rinse it off. I hate how the bubbles go everywhere when you put it down when not rinsing it first.

i use a wash cloth so the bar soap never gets dirty.
