You can go to the police, but they'll do jack shit without solid evidence and a pattern of abuse.

Your best option is to get another rman involved. Stalkers want power, and MIT often than not, another dude in picture will deflate their ego and get them to back off.

Very rarely does it turn violent between the two men. They'll just compare dicks for a while and it will be over.
If I hadn't learned this through experience, I wouldn't suggest it

If you are really freaked out and you know the person you should call the police. They will either have you get a restraining order or there are other things that they can do to help.
