If i'm straight up beat tired I'm not aware of any dreams. First time I did a half marathon in body armor I slept 8 straight hours and didn't remember a single dream, now I'm barely tired after them and I'll still go chop wood afterwards or something. I take 10mg serotonin normally and that doesn't really do much in the way of remembering weird dreams. Doxycycline, Percocet, Darvocet... and some injection i used to get when deploying... those usually give me pretty weird dreams... exhausted or not. If i'm normal exhausted like "good day in the gym" exhausted then not so much.

Quite the contrary: Being exhausted means I sleep like a stone.

I can't remember most of mine 5 minutes after I wake up but I notice the bizarre dreams mostly happen if I am in a short nap or I hit the snooze button and doze off for just a few minutes. I don't think I have the strange ones when I'm in a long stretch of REM sleep.

  Haha, now that said, sometime next month I've got a 10k with 40lb load in the morning, followed by a Rugged Maniac race (it's apparently like a Tough Mudder or Spartan race) right after lunch, a 5k (with 40) at dinner time and another one just before midnight that day. Dreams may get a little weird though all that if it's still super hot and muggy like it is now. I'll try to remember to come back and post the outcome when I wake up.
