2. POOL TABLE/SNOOKER TABLE— its a want but not a need
3. OVEN— its a need and i have it
4. WATER DISPENSER— like the one on break rooms or the one connected to the fridge? Its not a need and we have the fridge kind but i dont use it
5. ROOM AC— like the one that sits in the window? We have one as a backup
6. CENTRAL AC— its a need and a must have and we thankfully have one
7. PS5– game systems were cool as a kid/teen. Definitely not a need although i have other systems i no longer play
8. BATH TUB— its a must have and i have one
9. PERSONAL ROOM TV— its a must have and i have one
10. LAWN OUTSIDE THE HOUSE— i dont mow so its a luxury to whomever does
