This is one crazy theory going around lately.
1.1K opinions shared on Other topic. Yes I do believe it is a form of simulation I've said it for years that we are energy everything on this planet is energy
Everything on this planet is vibration which is energy which creates frequency megahertz which is energy and we are so thin
We are a big emotion we are a big experience and for me I search for them both I want to experience everything to the full Max and with energy it is a high it's like you are in a zone you become one with everything and there's the other thing if we were supposed to become one with ourselves become one with others become one with this universe it makes sense it's like touching somebody without touching them it's like telepathically speaking to them we all do it in our own ways I personally can feel energy from here to New York here to Japan it's crazy I know but I've been saying it for years and I believe now scientists are now just coming to realize that we as human beings are capable of doing a lot more than what we think we can do and I believe that what in 100% I believe that because I do it,
Like I said I've been on this search for many years and I've had people call me stupid which is probably true but that's okay but what I do like is that scientists are now coming out and talking about it on the same things that I talk about in the same things that I do a long time ago and the stuff that I know now will blow you away or what I think I know now we just blow you away things that I have experienced10 Reply

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yNo, but the point is reasonable; which says that once you live in a time where the technology exists to simulate reality it is arrogant to believe you live inside the original because there can only be one original but presumably the limit on fakes is considerably greater than one.
There is nothing 'crazy' about it, all it is really saying is that 2 or more is greater than one which is obviously true.

Makes sense i guess we will see
I wouldn't say that it's been going around "lately", because the basic idea is actually quite old (it goes all the way back to Plato and his story of the cave).
Anyway, no, of course not. There are no reasons whatsoever to believe it is the case that our reality is fake, and there are plenty of reasons to discount the idea (ex. the infinite regression issue).

I don't believe we're capable of truly accurately labeling things that we don't fully understand yet until we have indisputable evidence. But even acquiring that seems far fetched.

+1 yno but i know that the way we percieve the world is sort of a simulation. cause the reality that exists outside of us is only relayed to us by our brains interpretation resulting from all the senses that collect a variety of data but not all the data that there is.
10 Reply 844 opinions shared on Other topic. You are talking to Neo -The One - , and yes, I took the RED pill. The rest of you elected to take the BLUE pill and are still living in Disney World. We are not in KANSAS anymore!!!
21 Reply1.6K opinions shared on Other topic. Ok I'll play..
Have you ever had a dream, Neo, that you were so sure was real? What if you were unable to wake from that dream? How would you know the difference between the dream world and the real world?
10 ReplyI've heard stories. Like people doing something, realizing that what they're doing should be impossible and the moment they realize this, it doesn't happen anymore. It's all normal again.

+1 yI do believe that the physical, objective reality is a simulation by the subjective, abstract reality if we go by not only religion and philosophy, but also with quantum mechanics.

+1 yI just watched the film "The Mandela Effect." The movie was about this interesting idea, but suffered from an unevern execution of that idea. Still worth a watch, though.
10 Reply The world is real, but some of the people living in it are simulations.

11 Reply- +1 y
"so done" should be "someone" ... stupid autocorrect
No. They would have used a more simplistic system that acts like our reality.
There's just too many atoms and they have too many moving parts in themselves.

The simulation can easily just only render what's being directly observed and/or interacted with

+1 yWell if the world is a simulation, what is it simulating? And why are we the simulation, not the real thing?
10 Reply Yes, it's a simulation with no save games, no restarts, and lots of consequences for our actions and finally the hereafter is the real deal
10 Reply1.9K opinions shared on Other topic. The theory is interesting enough but I have no reason to believe that this is the case.
