2.7K opinions shared on Other topic. Oh yeah. Not often, but quite a few times in my life.
It's weird when you can't move your arm and have no feeling. It's kind of scary. But the blood comes back almost immediately, I can initially move my fingers, then my arm.
It happens when you are lying on your arm or sleeping in a wrong position. I've had it happen when I was cuddling with a partner and fell asleep with her head resting on my arm. LOL
It's like having your foot fall asleep when you sit cross legged for a long time. Although, when my foot falls asleep, it usually tingles uncomfortable when the blood starts flowing. My arm doesn't do that when the blood starts flowing. I just gradually start regaining movement in a few short moments.21 Reply- +1 y
That's gotta be scary, I've never been on it so long that I lose the ability to control it lol

+1 yFrom time to time it happens & I have the habit of waking up & I’m sleeping on my arm & it sucks when my arm is still asleep.

Yea it's terrible, what would happen if you don't wake up and stay that way for a while, will your arm die? 😂
- +1 y
If your arm dies look at the bright side you always have the other one.
- +1 y
What if it's my most used arm tho 😂
- +1 y
Guess you will have to learn to hump your fist with the other hand.
- +1 y
Lmao that will be weird, I can just use the other hand to blow my brains out 😆
795 opinions shared on Other topic. That happened to my leg and I couldn’t walk on it I have nerve problems and they mimic stroke symptoms which is so much fun 🤩 so I called the Dr but she had no openings and eventually it stayed to feel semi normal but never returned to actual normal which is “normal” for me
But I do recall when I was a kid when things were normal, that would happen he normal way like how you described and yeah it was weird but not scary. 😁😁

So what's your normal for you Vivant? You don't have full feeling of your leg? 😱
- +1 y
Wait you go numb completely? Wtf 😦
Is it dangerous when it goes numb? 🙃 - +1 y
Well so far only Only if I fall and hit my head and black we’ll also do shined my bp is lie of my stomach doesn’t work but mostly it’s my limits and the problem is that I can’t predict when it’s going to be relatively ok or not SOOOO it’s hard to plan stuff which is hmm “difficult ”.. but the problem is the fact the symptoms mimics dangerous stuff so I never really never know if I’m actually having a problem or I’m just numb. And if one of these days It will be a problem bc everyone has problems at some point & I won’t know bc the other 500 times it was just being numb 🤷🏻♀️
- +1 y
Now ima worry for you vivant, how do you know when you gotta get care? 🙃
- +1 y
Have you ever been hospitalized from it?

+1 yEvery night, have a tendency to sleep with my arms above my head
25 Reply- +1 y
That makes it fall asleep?
- +1 y
Yes... If your arms are above your heart they don't get enough blood flow
- +1 y
Right, I shouldve known that but then how does your face get circulation 🙃
- +1 y
Your face is meant to be always above your heart. It's normal for your blood to pump to that area and is designed to do so (because brain duh)
If your arms are above your head your heart has to work twice as hard to get blood to them. - +1 y
But laying down tho, technically you are sideways, but I get it, the bodies design wasn't meant to have your arms over your head, don't duh me doozy 🤺😂
That happened but it's always better than having a leg asleep. I walk on those.
11 Reply- +1 y
Yep when you try to walk on them it tingles like you stepped on a shock plate lol
1.6K opinions shared on Other topic. I did exactly that. My warm was under me and I couldn't feel anything. I rolled over and waited for it to wake up.
11 Reply- +1 y
You just there poking it or moving it around and stuff lol
- 3.9K opinions shared on Other topic.
+1 yYeah, that has happened a few times, when I sleep on it. It cuts off the blood and I lose all feeling in it... at least until the blood starts flowing again and that really weird tingling sensation happens.

That shit feels terrible lol
- +1 y
Usually, it's if I'd been sleeping on my arm. It only takes a minute or two to get your arm back.
- +1 y
Yea for a minute of that time you are thinking you lost your arm 😂
- +1 y
Every great once in a while, my whole body gets like that and, for some reason, I can't help but start laughing about! I'm shades away from passing out and I start laughing as I slide to the floor!
- +1 y
That sounds scary bro lol
- +1 y
So far, it only happens if it's really hot out and I've exerted myself. The last time was back in the late `80's while we were playing a gig on a very hot summer night. We took a break, I went out front to cool off and it started to very lightly sprinkle rain! There was a street sign out front and I held onto that pole to catch my breath and my whole body started to tingle and get fuzzy and my vision was just starting to go and I started laughing and sliding down the pole! Here's some video of that very night but, not of me passing out. I think this was the first song we played that night.

Why is the quality like that tho, it was only 4 years ago lol
- +1 y
4 years ago? That was July 14th 1988. Most likely it was the camera the guy was using. Not sure why it's all pink, that could've been the lighting of the venue but, I don't remember it being pink and, any other and I saw there was never in pink.
- +1 y
The video said 4 years ago, I went with that lol
- +1 y
That's when it was posted at YT. The second slate in the video says we were playing live at The Decade, July 14 1988.
