What you think it's the most difficult part about being an adult?

Having to do things you don't want to do but if you don't do it, it's severe consequences usually. Like for example if you're a kid and you don't do something the worse you get is a spanking but if you're an adult and you don't do something you don't want to do especially pertaining to your job that could mean no more job which means no more money which means your bills don't get paid and you become homeless.
Learning to be responsible.
Gosh... Thank you so much @rapfan107 for the MHO.
I think friendships/relationships and attachment. You don't make close relationships anymore. Everyone is a stranger. You may be acquaintances but never friends. And old friends get detached as they get busy with their lives and they start having their own family and prioritise their own life
Seeing the hardened apathy in others while society falls apart, and their determination to live in denial when bad things happen. To witness my peers choose ignorance time and time again, while Hell relocates to Earth, and be too weak and sickly to do much about it myself.

People want to make you do only adult things. It's hard to be a little kid when you are an adult, yet being that sometimes is good for the soul.
Give me about a thousand years and I'll be able to answer this question.
You are held accountable for your actions and your parents can't be there to cover everything.
Either coming to terms with the fact you're no longer a kid, or realizing that maybe you never really were a kid to begin with.
Society thinks you need to justify your right to exist.
They're wrong, but they do it anyway.

Realizing your own mortality. As a kid, I felt like things would last forever.
Being happy. As a kid, happiness seems to come naturally. As an adult, it always feels like you yearn for something more than what you have.
