u +1 yI used to hate it, it’s such a unique name and sooo many people butcher the pronunciation. And I’ve also never found my name on those name tags or other personalised name items. But these days I love my name. I get complimented on it a lot at social events, or even when attending appointments, I get told it’s a beautiful and interesting name.

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yI am, my daughter is not. She's mad because our last name is Miccuci and we named her Sharon. And she thinks we did this intentionally to embarrass her. I've always liked the name Sharon and my wife didn't have a problem with it. And it never occurred to me how it sounded. She said when she turns 18 she changing it.

However, if I had kids, their legal names would be:
Tax Deduction Offspring Unit 1
Tax Deduction Offspring Unit 2
etc.
Of course, informally, I'd give them nice names.37 Reply- +1 y

I know about Dweezil cause he was in the Running Man movie and I think there is a Moon but I don't know the others.

Moon Unit Zappa
"Unit" is the middle name because, once she was born, she and her parents, Gail and Frank, became a "family unit". Frank gave his wife the choice of naming her "Motorhead" or "Moon" and Gail selected "Moon".
Dweezil Zappa
Dweezil was born Ian Donald Calvin Euclid Zappa because the nurse at his birth refused to put down Dweezil as his name so he later legally changed it to Dweezil.
Ahmet Emuukha Rodan Zappa
Ahmet is named after Turkish American record executive Ahmet Ertegun who is very important in the history of Rock & Roll and in Frank Zappa's life. I don't know where the "Emuukha" comes from, but the "Rodan" is from this:

Diva Muffin Zappa
Diva got her name because she was a whiny baby akin to singing loudly like an opera diva. - +1 y
Interesting info. Also poor girl could have been called Motorhead. That's bad

She could have been called "Hellraiser".

https://www. numerology. mirofox. app/? lang=en11 Reply10.3K opinions shared on Other topic. Nope, I hate my first name. It doesn't fit me, it's boring and too many people share it. If I could change it (which in theory I could) I would name myself Diana or Melissa.
20 Reply319 opinions shared on Other topic. I am named after my great grandmother, so my name is a bit old sounding. I almost always go by nicknames.

+1 yI was almost a Josh or a Sean, which for awhile I wanted to be- thought they were so much cooler, but at 32 I don’t see either of those suiting me anymore and am pretty happy with my actual name.
10 ReplyI don't like first part ( RAVI ) of my first name. It's a common name in India. But astrologically it's more accurate. So I am happy to accept it. RAVI means sunlight, RAAJ means king.
