What would life be if we could be in our 20's for much longer?

Scenario:

A magic potion for female eternal youth is found several of us start applying it to ourselves. It makes a woman stay in her 20's for as long as she wants me. If she wants to age normally then all she has to do is stop applying the lotion for an entire year. Otherwise, she's can stay that age permanently if she wants to.

What would life be like if we could extend our youthful years much longer?

Note:
If she was 20 when she stopped using the potion for a year, she'll age to 21, normally. Once she applies the potion again, she'll stay at whatever age she used the potion the last time.

That would be great. Assuming this means that our organs don't age either, then that would mean we can extend our fertile years, doing cohabitation with a boyfriend wouldn't be a disadvantage to us anymore and we would have more time to decide when we want to settle down.
