I was skinny all throught high school. Like 150. Through my 20s, I worked manual labor so I was pretty slim, like 122 at 5'9". I quit that a little over a year ago. I'm almost 30, and I'm 202 pounds, and it really shows. It's pretty depressing. I was gonna try in go on walks everyday, and eat less but it's difficult to find the motivation.

I understand how you feel. I've always struggled with my weight and the older I get, the harder is to lose it. I gained some weight on the last 3 years. I've been going for walks too. I know it's not enough, I need to change my diet and later go to the gym.
Sometimes I also have no motivation, but I need to do this for me. Just think about you're overall well-being and how much weight you want to lose. Set a goal and limits. You'll get there.
Do you have a friend or a close relative that is also trying to lose weight? Or even if they're not trying, can they go with you? If so, you can ask them to keep you company. It's easier if you have someone to talk to.
Your much better off then i am. I am 5'8 and 230 pounds. But if you think that is bad In high school i think i reached 280 pounds. So i have lost a lot but still have a lot of work to do. I have gotten kind of lazy lol i gotta get back to exercising more.
