Did you gain weight over the holidays?

I am proud of myself because I only gained 1.2 pounds over the Holidays.

Yep. I bulk about 20 lbs over the fall and early winter every year, then cut the weight for the summer. It gives me a break from having to watch what I eat for the other 9 months. I'm halfway there.

I'm up 2 lbs. Will probably finish up 3. Back to the treadmill on 1/2 LOL

Yeah I probably did and hopefully I'm not done yet LOL but all I have to do is walk outside and it'll take me 5 minutes just to take any weight off that I gained most of it's probably water weight anyway

Yes, it is mostly because I have been sick and have not been to the gym nd I am depressed about it so I eat more crap.

In the movie "Space Cowboys", I think it was Donald Sutherland that said he was so hungry he could eat the ass out of a dead rhinoceros. I miss those days. Now I just look around for a loose Skittle.

It was his best movie. He hated the chinks that lived next door, but later he grew to love them. Clint was a widower but liked good food. The chinks made good food. It was by far his best movie. Clint wrote the movie script and the lyrics to the song. He had his pal write the tune.
