Whys it good?

Why are some people so dumb? Why are so many people adding the dollar symbol at the end of the numbers when the dollar symbol goes before the numbers.
in some currencies, the money symbol goes after. if they're not from the US or a country with currency before the number, its just a habit they'd use.
"Why are people so dumb to not realise that the world is bigger than one place and its customs?"
