  You can always add on to it or build another house on the property, but I’d be good with a small cabin… not everyone needs big and fancy, some do enjoy the simple things in life

Are you fucking kidding? I'm in.

I can zone off and sell single acres until I make enough cash to make an entirely new home. But tbh, that cabin looks super cozy.

I'd keep it as a garden house.

Then also build out my lovely friend commune around my home each with their own plot of land.

And then the commune life begins.

Hell yeah! I'm into the rustic look and the homesteading lifestyle anyway, so that's right up my alley. It's a bit small, but there's no saying you couldn't add onto it or build something bigger in time. That 20 acres would be really nice.

Just keep adding on like the Winchester house if need be to remain in accordance with the trust so I can keep the land. Some of those tiny houses are cute, to be honest, I just have too much stuff to fit it all in there.

I wouldn’t hesitate!! My dream is to have a tiny house on some land, I’d rather be outside anyways I just need a warm place to sleep, a shower and a small kitchen. I’ve told my kids that once they graduate this is what they can expect me to do 😁

Don't have it.
If I was left something like that in normal circumstances, I would sell it. Probably even for below market price just to get rid of it.
