Do you isolate from others, when feeling down?

I used to a lot. I always thought sadly about like cats that when they are really sick and dying will go like underneath a house to die lots of time. Just by themselves as almost like last minute protection of sorts.

As I get older I know that I need to open up to people I love.

Dogs do that too, sadly… they’ll run away from home and die alone so they don’t have to die in front of their owners… aww.

I don't really feel down for long, but probably. I have two young daughters so isolation is not a big option.
