My cousin brought a woman into the country on a K-1 fiance visa. The visa process was worse than the tax code you mentioned. So after a year, he got the visa and they got married. About six months later, the department of homeland security called him and said him and his wife had to come into the office and answer some questions. (they were seeing if this was a scam marriage or a real one)

They asked my cousin what he bought his wife for Christmas!!! I saw red when he told me that. I was furious!

I told my cousin that this is what he should have said:

"I didn't get that fucking bitch anything. Why would I give her shit? Actually, I'm having second thoughts. Can you please deport her? She's in the other room. I can help you put the cuffs on her. Can we do this today? Is it harder to deport someone who played by the rules and came here legally?"

That homeland security officer would have soiled his pants. lol

That would have been funny. My wife does home health visits and often he patients are elderly people who worked their whole lives, paid their taxes and raised their kids. Sometimes they end up broke with just medicare and cannot afford medication or co-payments/ . My wife usually tells them to come in through the southern border and they will get everything for free.

Yes, my wife had a patient that was in a car wreck with an illegal alien. The guy got deported which is amazing in this state but the judge told this woman that she might as well forget about ever getting any money from this because naturally he had no insurance. This poor woman was permanently disabled and could no longer work. She could not pay her mortgage and lost her house. Every time we drive past that house my wife always wonders what ever happened to this poor woman.

A conservative radio guy I like says that Republicans are wimps for not indicting Biden. He says it's not just Merrick Garland that can indict, so can state's attorneys. Just like Alvin Bragg. The red states could have Biden's ass in court everyday, but they don't.

Exactly. You could swing a dead cat and hit some incriminating evidence on the Big Guy. The IRS goes after people like Joe Biden all the time. People that own lots of expensive property and yet there is no way they could afford it with the income that they have reported.
When I worked in the city i used to eat at a sub shop downstairs. It was a nice cash business so naturally the owner only paid 12 bucks in taxes. The IRS is not stupid. They parked across the street and counted the customers and then when the guy filed his taxes they slapped him with such a big fine he had to put a second mortgage on his house. Eventually he closed the shop. They would have a field day with Biden.
