I already have. I am in my mid 40's and people think I look 25-30. But I've learned a lot about aging. When I got approached by a woman many months ago, she assumed I was in her age bracket... she was 21. I laughed my head of and told her my real age. A lot of people don't realize that there is physical healing and spiritual healing. And that a lot of your own thoughts and what you say can advance your age or slow it. You can control the entire horse with the bit in its mouth... but people don't realize there is something similar for your life and age...

There is no guaranty that I'll age past this very moment. If I do, I am unsure. My relatives all died before 70 except for my dad, and he did not make it to 75. He did look good for his age, though, and his cause of death was an uncaught aneurysm that burst. I get checked yearly so here's hoping I can last longer.

I did until about 36 or 37. People often thought I was in my 20s. Then one day very slow hair loss began excelerate and I started shaving my head. Then the normal physicall aging set in. Now I look my age, which is fine.

On my dad’s side, they didn’t age well because of smoking and such. Except for one of my dad’s younger sisters. On my mom’s side, they aged well because they took care of themselves. So I got her genes.
