Yes I do - and I’ll listen to them if I have time, like if I thank a veteran for his service, he’ll start telling me about his post or position in whatever branch or battle or war he was in. Unfortunately it’s usually at Walmart or Sam’s club and I unfortunately don’t have the time to hear it all (I was patient one time and stayed there for 20 mins until I had to go pee. I said sorry I have to go but thank you again and I hightailed it to the bathroom just in time I might add). My dad was 75 when he passed away from esophageal cancer and my mother is 85 and still going. So I have respect for older people. I’m 45 and I’m on my way like everyone else. by the way, listen to older people - they have done it all and you can learn from them.

Some ''old ones'' are merely waiting out their time span left until their death relieves them (and us).

Others are sharing their life impressions and experiences with those who deserve it.

Some other others have become old without even noticing it :)

Strangely I do. There are ones who sneeze and cough loud, have rude opinions…basically the Karen’s who are always bitches…. and then the intellectual old people who are more in tune or experienced and like imparting wisdom.
