The former Katy ISD Superintendent has already resigned in 2019 after he was accused of bullying and plagiarizing his doctoral dissertation. His former bully victim has confronted him about what he did in junior high to him and how it was so badly that he nearly wanted to pull the gun on himself... and yet Lance Hindt is heard laughing... he laughed at that, still mocking him in his 50's.
Someone else that was a bystander confirmed the accusation is true, that Mr Hindt was really a bully both in Junior High and Senior High. Mr Hindt claims he has no idea who the accuser is nor ever had him. Is this the reaction of how most bullies would generally react if their victims confronted them? Denying, denying and calling you a liar, that they never saw nor heard of you, that they don't know who you are.

A follow up video said that superintendent resigned due to community pressure. He never admitted to his actions. He never said that bullying was wrong or that he felt sorry for what happened to the victim.
On top of that, he made sure to play the upstanding Christian.
Oh, and he was suing the victim for defamation.

Bullies are usually assholes. I was bullied as a kid. This guy was 17 in the 9th grade. When I got older and had been working out hard for a few years I wanted to track this guy down and make him lick the bottom of my shoe. I could not find him. I know he dropped out of school right after that and maybe he moved away or maybe is is in prison or dead.
They are indeed POS and pathetic losers. They don't realize that when they bully others, they are stunting their social skills and affecting their emotional intelligence and other potentials the rest of us would've had if not for those cowards.
