The most impoatant thing is, that natural is not a secured term compared to 'Bio'. So bassically everyone can just print it onto everything. So what does natrual even mean? No chemystry, than compare honey to fast food. Least human intervention, compare bread with 'natural' cereals?
Natural is for a reason a not secured term as most of the case it doesn't even make sense to compare a natural food to a not natural food.
So from what I’ve learned in my dietetics classes, lots of companies use marketing terms to reel people into thinking it’s better than what it actually is. “Natural” or “organic” or even “heart healthy”. Your best bet is still to look at the good label even still because these marketing terms sometimes mean absolutely nothing to someone’s dietary restrictions and so fourth

I prefer to check what is inside. I also prefer less processed food. The raw is the best. meat, vegetables, fruits, dairy.
Sometimes it means it's good
