It doesn't make sense to try to compare the two because they both come in varying levels. Someone who is very talented will out perform someone with very little experience and Someone with a lot of experience with out perform someone who isn't very talented.

You gain experience everyday that you are breathing. Some people seem to be born with talent and fine hone in in life. While others seem to develop talent during their lives.
Hard to separate the two and decide on a more important one.
