it is a great one... but I do have one very specific use for it

since I am also a tutor and I do help students with their studies... I can use chatGPT (or others that are similar) to "instantly" write down guide studies about pretty much anything

and, instead of writing them myself, which takes time... and doing a bit of research, which also takes time... and also checking with a database that I have (because I write personalized study guides for each student) which takes even more time... I will be using AI to reduce the time and effort DRAMATICALLY

because now, I only have to spend some time reviewing what the AI gave me to make sure it is all correct and there are no mistakes in it, and this is fairly quick to do, and the minor adjustments won't take a long time either

10/10 experience with AI for me...

It's excellent, If you learn prompt engineering first.

i get excellent help in work and in day today life.. since I learned how to prompt properly
