Whenever you are eating a 🐟 do you ever wonder if you're eating a girl fish, or a boy fish?

Sometimes when I am eating 🐟 fish 🐠 all of a sudden I ask start wondering if it's a girl fish or a boy fish? Do you think they would taste the same? This applies to 🐠🐔🦐🐄🐷🐦, etc. when you are eating them. 🤢

You can determine the sex of your fish by inspecting its gonads (reproductive organs), which are located towards the top of the gut cavity. Mature female fish will have orange ovaries and male fish will have white testes.

I never gave it a thought but the females are bigger and fatter so it’s usually the females I guess

Has never crossed my mind, nor would I care.

I know that 100% of the animals (excluding birds) I've hunted are male. That has been intentional in every case except for wild pigs.

I stopped eating fish in `69. I also don't wonder if any other meat I eat comes from male or female animals.

I don't exactly remember why, I just remember being in the cafeteria at school on fish day, eating the fish and just deciding that I've had enough. I remember which grade I was in, which school I was going to and at least one record that had just come out at that time.
It was kinda the same with peanut butter & jelly sandwiches. I used to love them and had them for lunch every day but, after a few years of it, I got sick of them and didn't want them, anymore. So, I had mom switch to chipped ham and I ate that almost every day for a few years `til I got physically sick on it, once: part of the ham was too stiff and it started to make me gag so, I quit eating that, too.
But, I love Fishbone!! I met them a few times and Norwood (bass) gave me his pager number.
