Have you ever had or do you ever have fish for breakfast?

I've had kippers for breakfast many times. If you don't know, kippers are herring that are gutted brined and then kiln smoked over hardwood chips.
Whenever I get a chance too fish, sure. Pan fried Morning bluegill is favorite of mine. Easy to catch too, because the fish are usually is hungry as me and my friends are that time of morning 🌄.😆😉
Yummy… now that’s what I call a real breakfast!! None of that cereal crab!
good job… I’ll be making something like that on weekends…
enjoy!
You on Keto? How is that going?
I made eggs, salad, lox. Slice of toast.
Had whitefish
Makreal, salmon, trout, cod, brazzino, you name it. Fish is my #1 go to protein.
👍 cool
Occasionally kedgeree or grilled mackerel. Cockles mixed with laverbread is always on the table.
In response to the cockles my Irish Grandmother was in love with all kinds of shellfish. I can eat mackerel some ways. I know probs in the UK its done much better. Here it gets really, really, overly greasy and can't stomach it. Never heard of Kedegree but that looks freaking AMAZING!

I've had salmon with an eggs royale. Other than that maybe when I was at course for a morning class making something with fish, we would eat it on our break.

Yes, Kippers or Smoked Haddock with eggs one or twice a month, I try to get freshly smoked Kippers as the ones that have been vacuum packed tend to have too much salt on them.
