Yes, I do, but usually nothing too elaborate. The funny part being that breakfast is actually my favorite meal of the day.
As a kid it was Count Chocula and Captain Crunch. Now it is those microwavable breakfast sandwiches - egg, cheese and sausage on either an English Muffin or a croissant. Throw in one of two Gurnsey chocolate milks and that does it.
To be sure, I enjoy a more elaborate breakfast, especially scrambled eggs and sausage. However, for whatever reason, those Jimmy Dean sandwiches just do it for me in both the flavor and the satisfy the appetite categories.
I have 2 common breakfasts. Egg white omelet with diced back bacon and mushrooms sometimes with salsa on top and toast or scrambled egg whites with diced back bacon and mushrooms put into 2 keto wraps with salsa.
Heart healthy breakfast and low carbs.
I love savory breakfast. It depends on the day of the week / how much time I have, though. Usually, if I have to head out, it's either a cup of coffee or hot chocolate with 3-4 pieces of toast, seperately topped with cheese, strawberry jam or jamón serrano. On the weekends, I prefer scrambled or fried eggs with bacon and tomatoes or sometimes, go out of my way to make apple pancakes with bacon and maple syrup.
Yoghurt with cereal and fruit and that kind of stuff isn't for me, although it would probably clog my arteries significantly less.
I rarely eat before 3 30
i drink vitamin/ mineral fortified water after some exercise in the am tho

I love to make eggs. Sunny/sunshine, scrambled or an omelette. But I usually do omelettes.
My husband is Turkish and I have never witnessed a breakfast time as gaudy and grand as the breakfast made in their culture... They almost fill their breakfast tables with enough things to feed a sultan. It is very diverse and rich. I wish I could have a breakfast like this every day, but sometimes I have to skip breakfast because of my busy routine.. At such times, I just eat cold sandwiches and drink black tea. That would be enough to get me goin'..
I make homemade egg McMuffins. I have a cool breakfast sandwich maker that I love. So I use it every morning. That and I use my espresso machine to make lattes.
I love the breakfast you eat at hotels or motels or restaurants but the ones at my home aren't so fancy. I have a vitamin B1 supplement with 2 pieces of fatty cheese every morning along with a coffee an hour before or after that. That is usually my breakfast. On rare occasions, I might also eat a breakfast burrito from McDonalds or maybe a cheese sandwich or salted duck or chicken egg.
I eat breakfast almost every day. Most common is a bowl of cereal (Cheerios mostly) with almond milk, a cup of coffee with a bit of flavored cream, and a glass of water. Sometimes I also have a small glass of OJ.
o. j. won't react with almond milk the way some are sensitive to o. j. acid after milk base. then need o. j. first but not empty stomach kuz acid with acid would increased. so if not almond milk, first fruit but not acidy grapefruit, but like raisins or apple etc., second o. j. then the cereal with milk.

In Canada, I eat pastries, oatmeal, toast, bagels. In the Philippines, fried rice with anything greasy (bacon, corned beef, fried fish, spam, hotdogs) and lots of eggs!
I eat all kinds of things for breakfast. I don't have any particular routine or habit for the meal. This morning I ate oatmeal with sliced almonds, two nectarines cubed, honey, and cinnamon on top.

Yes I eat breakfast and it ranges anywhere from oatmeal and a bagel to breakfast sandwiches at home. If eating out at a restaurant many times it's an omelet or breakfast bowl.
I usually eat breakfast only on Saturday mornings, and I have a cheese omelet, bacon and sausage, and coffee.
Oatmeal or bacon and some kind-of eggs usually fried Sunnyside up or scrambled or an omelet andbof vourse toast.
I don't. Not hungry at all after getting up. I might have a late breakfast if I know that my lunch will be late or small
if no appetite when waking, maybe good to cause it, like smelling cinnamon so can eat a bit of fruit half apple or 2 tablespoon raisins etc.

warning that is the sumo wrestler formula for adding weight. only if you exercise lots or want to add weight otherwise better small low fat snacks starting with fruit like an applr when waking in morning and a few small low sugar low fat snacks, maybe pretzels if careful about salt sodium, until lunch at noon without feeling like fasting.

I made Mcmuffins and popped a Belgian Waffle for me and my partner. Sometimes I'll just cook bacon and eggs. Sometimes add fruit.
