Back in the Philippines, we always eat greasy food for breakfast. That always comes with a fried egg. In Canada, I like to eat toasts with peanut butter or pancakes or French toast. At work, I eat my overnight oats. What about you?
+1 yI oftentimes have oatmeal and coffee or tea to go with it. Lately, I’ve been making oatmeal with whole milk, cocoa powder, and peanut butter. I also like adding yogurt and banana, strawberries, blueberries, flax seeds, and hemp seeds.
I haven’t had sandwich bread in a while, but I do love toasting bread or an English muffin, letting cheese melt into it a bit, then adding a fried egg and spinach. Very satisfying!
Sometimes I make a Greek yogurt parfait with fruits and grape nut cereal.
If I sleep in late, I wake up to eat typical lunch fare like dinner leftovers, salad, or whatever.
Other days, I’ll have leftovers or even dessert! Yesterday, I ate black bean chips and guacamole.
On weekends, we’ll have fried eggs, hash browns, and bacon.12 Reply- +1 y

I won't lie, Filippino food has never seemed the tastiest to me, especially 'balut.' Please don't kill me!😂
You have to be the only other person I've ever known who likes eating peanut butter on toast besides me and my mom. But my favorite breakfast is always scrambled eggs with bacon, fried potatoes, or waffles.

+1 y2 scoops whey protein, smoothie fruit/veg combo, Oikos 15g yougurt blended into a smoothie. Chicken breast bites, guacamole, and salsa. I don’t like traditional US breakfast foods plus I’m working out a lot and need the protein/calories.

If it's race day i'll add half a cubed potato unless it's half marathon or higher, then it'll be a whole cubed potato.

+1 yNo, I usually just skip breakfast and stick to drinking a shit ton of water if I do get hungry.

I’m not familiar with that. I skip breakfast because I don’t like being late to my first class in the morning. I could wake up early, but since I go to bed late, I need the sleep.

+1 yI eat breakfast almost every day. Most common is cereal with milk, coffee with cream and a glass of orange juice. Sometimes, instead of that, I have a scrambled egg (2 eggs) sandwich on toast instead of cereal.
