Trending & News Lol, I'm one of those boring coffee (yuck) drinkers. I get up pretty early but it takes me 2-3 hours to actually be awake enough to cook anything. 🤣 In winter I like a big variety. Some cold mornings oatmeal is just the best. We also make really yummy breakfast sandwiches. Sometimes french toast and sometimes just Frosted Flakes! 🥳
In summer I usually keep it pretty lite with just a piece of fruit or granola bar or something.
Ty for the MHO. I'm enjoying it with my morning cup of yuck! š¤£
I keep breakfast on the lighter side - raisin toast, or cereal, or oatmeal.
My mood decides my breakfast 😄
Most days, I love something simple but satisfying: thick Greek yogurt with honey, toasted oats, and seasonal fruit. It reminds me of small cafés in Athens where I lingered over similar bowls.
On slower mornings, I go full comfort: soft scrambled eggs, buttered toast, maybe smoked salmon or grilled tomatoes, plus green tea or a flat white.
When I miss Japan, I crave miso soup, rice, grilled fish, and pickles, that gentle, savory start that keeps you energized without feeling heavy.
@James The Foodie Oh please, whoever you are, "small cafes in Athens where I lingered over similar bowls" "When I miss Japan"... no wonder everyone hated AI response?

On most days I heat up three links of savory, organic turkey sausage. They don't have casings and are shaped like fat fingers. Along with those, I have a cherry turnover and, of course, my usual coffee.
For a real treat, I like French toast with butter and 100% pure, organic maple syrup. Two strips of bacon on the side is always welcome.
Once in a while, when I have bacon in the house, I'll make make a bacon, peanut butter and toast sandwich. I really like those.
When I go out for breakfast, I get corned beef hash with one egg over easy and crispy hash browns. I mash them up together. And, instead of toast, I substitute a pancake and have that for dessert.
For my coffee at home, I make 24 oz of 100% organic Café Justo dark roast robusto in a French press. Once it is brewed, I pour it into two 12 travel cups with sippy lids. To each of those I mix in about 3/4 tsp of organic Equal Exchange hot coco mix (not very sugary), and top them off with enough cold, organic, whole milk to make them cool enough to drink.
If I eat something at morning it's light food. Bun with thin layer of fresh cheese and homemade marmalade. Scrambled egg on butter is okay as well.
Sausages, ham, bacon... this is too fat for me at morning.
Darker German bread or breadbuns with cheese or cold cuts. Eggs if I have time. Hot tea.

in 2026: Coffee, milk, 1 sugar, vape. Sometimes a croissant.
My answer to this question varies greatly from one day to the next.
Morning for me could be any minute of the day, not just a certain number of hours after midnight.
I could be eating leftover cold pizza or pretzels as readily as a standard plate of bacon, eggs, and the usual things that go along with them.
Eww cold pizza lol
I can't bring myself to do it no matter how good it might be lol
Warm it up. I still wouldn't prefer it as a breakfast but its better than cold
On an easy day it would be Coffee with 4 rounds of Buttered toast or cereal with whole milk.
If it is going to be a physical or a long day Iād have a full English breakfast - 3 strips thick cut dry cured back bacon, 3 sausages pork or beef but preferably a single coil of Cumberland Sausage, 3 eggs fried or scrambled, single fried or grilled tomato - halved, handful mushrooms - halved, 2 slices black pudding fried, baked beans, 2 slices fried bread and 2 rounds of toast buttered after theyāve cooled, and a pint of strong brewed Breakfast tea.
I usually have two breakfasts. A light snack like in the photo when I wake then a more substantial one once the morning chores are done. Ideally it'll be a proper mixed fried breakfast
It varies which is probably good. Today breakfast is French Press coffee, half a bagel with crunchy peanut butter. Yesterday was a green a smoothie from my wonderful Vitamix 750 Heritage and half a protein bar.
Other days this month it is Welch pancakes curtesy of PurplePoppyās recipe, banana walnut pancakes with some chocolate chips, I have had a mix of things this month and it is usually different.
I have eaten breakfast since I was 12 years old. The very thought of food in the morning turns my stomach.
My wife is the same way tbh
She won't eat until lunch time basically. Every once in while she might be convinced to eat an egg but 9 times out of 10 she refuses.
Im the opposite, I need to eat in the morning but skip lunch.
Why? I don't think that's good for ur body? You'll get weak bones and a lot of issues when unstart turning 50
I get up early for work. So breakfast is very quick and before it was sometimes just coffee and a cigarette :-))
Today I try to have at least a roll with butter and salami or a slice of cheese
I am similar to you... I like a light breakfast as well. A big feed just makes me want to sleep more. So a bagel with cream cheese and a coffee is my go to.
Literally what I got this morning from Tim's
@queenofcardio Me too... my "regular"
Haha most days I get the coffee.. The bagel is too heavy if I'm running
Have you tried their banana pean muffin? It's so good
@queenofcardio Its good but maybe million calories... damn.
Haha it's only 340 . It's a treat !
@queenofcardio Well you gotta be bad sometimes right?
Ohh definitely š
I have the same thing most mornings because of my work schedule and the gym. So it's usually an egg sandwich with cheese and bacon or sausage. It's on either a bagel or an English muffin.
I pretty much always skip breakfast but will have a coffee , I do intermittent fasting usually 16/8 or 20/4 and low/ no processed carbs , so any form of bread is out...
I sometimes drive through Tim's on my way to work. My breakfast this morning.
I only had 1 bagel š
My breakfast varies depending on if I'm working out or not. Light breakfast if I'm exercising before work.
Honestly, I love both sweet (pancakes with nutella mhmm nom nom) and salty (classic English breakfast).
I'd like some right now lol
i really don't eat breakfast, it'll make my stomach hurt. the most i can eat in the morning is a granola bar so that's good enough for me.
Iāll take that whole plate that you have in the picture for breakfast., But you might as well forget about running errands and working because thatās a trip to the couch to digest for several hours
Bread with milk, yoghurt with pistachios, almonds and raisins, coffee and a slice of chocolate muffin.
My breakfast caries. Sometimes it's eggs, sometimes cereal, sometimes toast. I prefer breakfast to be different every day.
Pancakes, cocoa, coffee, peppermint tea, orange juice, sparkling wine strawberries joghurt, oatmeal, eggs bacon, croissants, bread, ham, salami, cheese...
Thats all. a little bit of everything.
I skip breakfast most days but the rare occasion I do eat something itās usually eggs and toast
Bacon and eggs with coffee and orange juice. Vitamin B super complex, vitamin C, vitamin D3.
Cinnamon rolls, country ham biscuit and bo-rounds with a cheerwine from bojangles, anything with crispy bacon like French toast or pancakes and waffles 😍
Normally I skip breakfast because I don't want to make something first thing in the morning. If it's the weekend and I'm with other people I like scrambled eggs and buttered toast.
Since I don't get up until after 12:00 noon, I don't eat breakfast, as such. So I mix in typical breakfast foods into my lunch, and the late night meal I eat after 11:00pm
Cereals, or scrambled eggs with smoked seitan, or bread and butter with jam or marmalade.
Yeah, it's the whole morning part that's always eluded me..
Most of the days I go for either of the three PB and J Sandwich, Bread and Omelette or Bananas, any of the three with milk.
