
Are you a breakfast person or do you skip breakfast?


I make 24 oz of coffee first thing in the morning. I don't eat any food until a couple hours later. And that's usually just a large blueberry muffin with butter. I usually make another 24 oz of coffee, too.
By mid-afternoon I get hungry and have something simple like a sandwich or some eggs and toast.
After my wife gets home, we usually eat a balanced dinner around 8:00. I usually stay up until after 2:00.
To start my day off good I need a cup of coffee I need a big breakfast and I need a shower and I will have a good good day yes I have to eat a big breakfast I have to eat a lunch and I have to have a big dinner sometimes to dinners depending on how much energy I've burned that day
I usually grab a protein shake since I workout in the mornings, but don't eat anything heavy until around brunch (10-11am), or just fast to help with weight loss.
So I'm not a breakfast person, but I love breakfast foods. I usually don't eat til around 4pm tho

My mornings usually suck
I tend to get out, have a run, then shower n work
its coffee n maybe some fruit
or it’s lazy in bed and trying to get motivated, then work
lunch tends to be decent and dinner is my main meal

a morning without coffee would be a nightmare
Oh no its toooo important to be skipped... even a little bit but i do... there was this phase like less than 2 years phase in my life when i didn't have breakfast before i start my day n that made me feel a huge difference I don't know i can't even explain but it wasn't doing good to my head at all
I usually eat either hours before I actually go to work early in the morning or I eat a very light breakfast. I work in manual labor so it's not the best idea to eat a ton of food right before I go into work.
Since I basically just workout for a living ( regarding my job )
I'll eat if I'm hungry and have time. If I'm not hungry or Low on time I just fast till lunch. My days are mostly the same. 2-3 meals a day, 1-2 cups of Colombian coffee. 1 tbsp heavy cream, with cinnamon
I enjoy breakfast too, but are you eating a big enough breakfast, because your trousers are falling down.
As for me I love a good breakfast however there are days where I’m up & out & skip breakfast & ending up having an earlier lunch.
Depends if I can think of something good with what I got. Can't? Time to chug some coffee until lunch. That does the trick
I always eat breakfast, usually coffee and cereal, or sometimes instead of cereal, a donut or bagel or eggs.

My appetite is better at lunchtime, I just had a turkey breast with a swiss cheese sandwich for lunch but I do eat Breakfast
*Never* skip breakfast. If I skip or go light on any meal, it's lunch.

I always start my day with a bowl of homemade oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins.
I love breakfast! If I could I would probably eat breakfast all three meals of the day.
I would be if I didn't have to cook it myself. When left to my own devices it becomes rather minimalist.
I'm a breakfast person. Even if I skip breakfast I will eat breakfast for lunch/brunch.
Eating breakfast makes me feel sick for some reason, so I dont do it.

Breakfast is my favourite part of the day. Its time of the day to fuel up my body

Coffee is a must every morning. Sometimes I'll eat breakfast and sometimes I skip it depending on my schedule
