I tried on a coat and noticed the hanger had the wrong size on it. It upset me and I couldnt find one that matched. Is this normal?

Yes, welcome to the way things are.
Many employees either don't care, customers can inadvertently hang something up wrong, the store can be short staffed and no one can check things like that.

It's organization things that upset me. Even in job meetings if snacks are put in front of us I have to organize them or it will occupy my thoughts. I've had higher management comment about it saying I'm OCD. I actually didn't even know the meaning until she from district Human Resources said so.

What? I think you missed the point. It upset me because I couldn't find a hanger that fit the coat size. I told an employee and he just rehung it on the wrong hanger which made me angry but I walked away.
