a couple of years ago... we woke up to -10C in the morning, so pretty much, my entire backyard and patio were frozen... so I went to take care of some things outside in my t-shirt and boxer shorts, lol

and it really didn't feel "that" cold, however... I have to be civilized, so I'll say that it is around 8C when I do start to wear extra-layers, and just so the people around doesn't freak out
