What are the types of things, when the word, 'Sorry', shouldn't be used?

Well, for example, I find myself doing this often when in fact I shouldn't. Example, I called Fox Pizza Den to place an order and the girl said, we are not taking any new orders as of now. I apologized, she was real nice and said that's okay. So who knows what is going on? I do know I live in Monongahela, PA, USA, and it's a small City crunched with all these Pizza and Hoagie places just too much.

When people think that it's appropriate for the current generation of "white" people, who had nothing whatsoever to do with atrocities like colonisation and slavery, to say "sorry" to the current crop of "black" people who were never slaves, or in any other way oppressed.

I'm not guilty of heinous crimes simply because of my skin colour, and if you think I am then you can just kindly f*** off! Sorry about the swearing. It's not very ladylike, but crap like that really annoys me.
