Well, in my case I had gone without even buying underwear for 2 years lol and I had none. Times were tough and still are kinda but they won't last for sure.

Yeah, I’ve done the poor thing, in my 20s. Buying a bottle of syrup, a pack of bacon, and pancake mix, and stretching that over a weekend as my only food so I could keep the electricity on. Or eating better, but in the dark, lmao. I’ve definitely run an extension cord to the building’s common outlet and into my apartment to a power strip so I could have the fridge, the TV, and the computer on for the weekend til I could get money together😂

grew up poor and like borderline poverty for a period like im surprised CPS was never called during it LMAO

like i remember being like 5 putting blankets on windows to keep heat in. the only place my addict dad could only afford looked like a cliche crackden you see in movies lol it was in east st. louis. bad area but it got some cool peeps

Nope, quit school at 16 and been working ever since. I have always had good money.
