I think I do it more than I should but I have trouble sleeping sometimes, I thought this would be the perfect time to ask this question cause it's when all the people that have trouble sleeping are awake lol

I have been pulling them since 2nd grade and have lost count of how many times I have done it. By an all-nighter, I mean staying awake all night and continuing to do so till the time you should go to sleep.

It's not healthy, but it definitely has built my tolerance for being sleep deprived. Also, it has been useful if I have shit that needs done, but I am limited on time. It's useful, although I don't recommend it 😂

It is terrible for your mental health if you do it too much within a short amount of time of each other.

as a former insomniac... I didn't even intend to, and I could stay awake for two days and sleep some on the third days, lol

so, when I would actually want to pull an all-nighter I could do that very easily, either a party, or gaming, or working... school projects, or even some dates, lol...

I could still do it, but I rather not to do that anymore...

I either stay up all night and go to sleep in the morning just to wake up in the afternoon. The longest I’ve stayed awake was 2 1/2 days to 3. I don’t like doing this. My eyes hurt and strain, i then get headaches and it’s hard to go to sleep at that point. Then im 100% waking up paralyzed.

I did one time.. Stayed up finishing some homework back in college, and stayed up for almost 24 hours.. I got I got 2 hours of sleep and didn't really feel it... Although, I did regular only sleep for like 4 or 5 hours all the time..
