I actually have great news for you. You probably won’t believe it today, but I promise you it’s true. What you think is old right now, is not old. Not anywhere near as old as you think. How do feel about 30 right now? I thought that was ANCIENT when I was your age. I used to work with a 30 year old guy when I was 21, and he was cool, but we treated him like a senior citizen. We should’ve been inviting him to our parties. I was still fortunate enough to be getting invited to college parties as late as 33, had a great time, I think everyone was on molly anyway and wasn’t caring about my age lmao, and I felt like I fit right in. Even now, the guys I end up hanging out with the most after my beer league hockey games are the under-25 kids, those guys fuckin’ love me, they treat me like an elder statesman, haha. I just have a young spirit, I guess. Adult life never really had anything for me that I was too excited about, so I just try to stretch my youth through my life as long as I can while hopefully stopping short of being the “how do you do, fellow kids?” guy😂😂😂

Even 40 isn’t as scary as I expected. Just take good care of yourself, keep on doing young people shit, and don’t waste a single second of your REAL youth thinking that you’re old. You have a lot more real youth left.

Nah I feel younger tbh. But this is only because I'm in decent shape though. I never used to care about health as much when I was younger so I didn't feel too great.

I feel my age... but sometimes I get mistaken for way younger and then it's kind of humiliating.

Especially when like a 15-year-old tries to hit on me thinking I'm also 15 that happened to me on the bus on my way to work a few weeks ago, I wanted to get off the bus and jump in front of it. Usually it's not that bad but I guess I did have a backpack on and I wasn't wearing much makeup so that doesn't help. People tell me I'll appreciate looking younger one day, but right now it's just embarrassing.

But otherwise I feel my age because I'm starting to build a future with my boyfriend like he's buying us a house and he wants to get engaged fairly soon but we are still pretty young at the same time because like our friends go to raves and we have house parties still.

It's a nice life stage because we have adult jobs and we can travel and he takes me to fancy restaurants so we get to do more sophisticated stuff... but we are also still young and hot and we have the energy to dance all night together.

Early 20s was fun but I was a broke student, late 20s - early 30s is exciting because now I have adult money and I know how to style myself even better so I'm more confident, it's the best of both worlds, adult money but still some chaotic partying and adventures.
