Well firstly don't even consider turning to the likes a valium , this is not an option , nor should it even be mentioned.

The best thing one can do to numb feeling and produce endorphins , is to exercise , set yourself a strict plan and stick to it , diet also , absolutely no processed foods or processed carbohydrates , get yourself busy , extremely busy , with a focus on the end goal natural plan.

Never turn to script drugs , this cop out makes things far worse.

Thankyou midnight , always works for me. Plus I know the dangers of Valium , helped destroy my mothers natural sleep patterns and probably added to her demise.

but if you mean to not want to feel sad from a break up.. then confuse to do what you do.. exercise, go out with friends… time will heal. Let go, read positive quotes… volunteer… soon enough you have moved on…
