Legally, alcohol. Other than that you would either need a doctor's script for a benzo (Valium, Xanax, Klonopin, etc) or result to a street drug.

Stay away from meth, coke, or anything of that nature as it will have a, not quite opposite but, very different effect. That's all I am going to say about that.
