My parents, brother, aunts, uncles, cousins. I am from a family of doctors, scientists, engineers, lawyers, among a few others. My family (myself included) have had a rather shocking impact on the world. My dad despite being retired still gets requested to do in person consultations all over the world. My mom has a disability sadly so can no longer do that. My aunt is a lawyer and she has been requested all over the US and even received special clearance to lawyer some high profile cases overseas involving the US. I have been picked up and escorted to blacksites or various locations around the globe to extract samples of biological material that need studying and understanding. I still regularly get contacted by the Government asking me to consult on projects of a sensitive nature.

My little brother is pretty smart. I think he has an IQ of roughly 133. He's not a genius, and he's creatively inept, but he's a skilled specialist. When I talk to him, it's clear he knows his stuff and has a very logical thought process. He started attending college at like 16, double majored in Computer Science and Mathematics, and was accepted to a Ph. D program for Mathematics... His professors were trying to get him into Princeton University at the time for his math Ph. D. He bailed on that and focused on Computer Science at Georgia Tech and then went to make make money working at some fortune 500 companies and currently works on stock trading algorithms. He's a little mad lad, scatter brained but relatively brilliant.

I dont find that many people are smart overall but certainly when it comes to certain topics/categories. I can listen to my dude go on and on about types of cars, whats under the hood, and how to fix those cars, planes, motorcycles, etc. Its such a turnon hearing about it and seeing him do it. He knows his shit. I like hearing my grandpa school me on different historical stuff and even our native American ancestry. My sis is very good with tech stuff, my mom with the arts, and my grandma with cooking/hone remedies. I don't know how smart this all really is but i find it intriguing.

Depends on your definition of exceptional. I test somewhere in the top 0.1% having gotten a perfect score on the GRE. There are many people smarter than me, most are not famous. Bill Clinton is the smartest recent President, or maybe Obama. All the Republicans since Reagan, except the elder Bush, have been comparatively stupid.

In the wild, a weaker beta moose, let’s just call him Bill, will follow the stronger Alfa moose and wait in the wings. When the Alfa moose fights off a competitor, the Bill moose will come in and challenge him but the Alfa moose is too tired to fight, so he runs away. That leaves the female to breed with the Bill moose. She knows and instinct tells her, that his intelligence will also be passed on to her offspring.
