I'm not making it past the year 2050, so I'll go back to 1985 just to see what it was like.

It's 2085 the population is 12 billion, the United States has broken apart, some areas on Earth have been nuked, 99% of people live in pods, eat bugs, own NOTHING, and have brain implants to ensure that there is no wrongthink or dissent against the globohomo elites who live in lavish estates, eat caviar, wagyu, and the children of the 99%. There was an asteroid coming to end our misery but unfortunately it was deflected

I would rather go back to the 80's when one man working 40 hours a week could afford to own a house, to support a wife and kids, two cars, annual vacations, retirement, and college for the kids.

1985 because in 10 years or so I get to enjoy the whole computer boom again.
2085 I expect to be an absolute hell scape, they will have way to many scary technologies by then. Brain modification tech, mind readers, probably authoritarian laws to accompany all of that, demons (Human animal hybrids made in their lab), possibly a one world government and I expect total slavery for humanity if the current trends don't change.

That’s the same year as the movie as Back to the Future. I would probably go back there, things were affordable and more fun, the future is probably hot and crazy prices and maybe just digital money and more crazy laws

With my love of fried food I seriously doubt I'm going to see past a 100 years old, even with medical advancements.🤣 And I've lived "85" I don't need to live it again.
