great, I've used about a gallon of gas or so in the snowblower so far, but the sun is out, and it is only -5 below zero and kind of windy, I have shoveled the snow off of the deck, and the snow is up to my knees to get to the bird feeders, so I will probably blow a path to them.
We are still getting calls for wires in a tree arcing, or wires down, the electric company is 1 or 2 days out, I will probably go out and shovel again and I have a pile of paperwork at the firehouse that is still staring at me, so I would say a typical winter's day here in the frozen tundra.
So I will layer up, put on my electric vest and go outside and get some exercise.

Pretty uneventful. I went to my friend's house today and ripped out the old plumbing under the kitchen sink while taking shots of Crown Royal. Then we went to Lowe's and all of a sudden I was too drunk to figure out how to piece it together from makeshift parts because they didn't have the right parts. We said "fuck this place" and we took our drunk asses to Home Cheapo and they didn't have the right parts in stock, either. So we stuck an old cooler under the sink to catch the water, just in case his wife wanted to wash some dishes for once in her life haha
